Tip of the Week--Chest Rub for Feet

To treat dry, cracked feet, massage chest rub into your feet and cover with socks over night. Do this every night for 2 weeks (you'll notice a difference after the first day). This is something we used to do in ballet and let me tell you, it works.

Applying chest rub to the bottom of feet at night also acts as a cough suppressant. I love this stuff!

  2. I always put this on my kids feet at night and then put cotton socks on them. My doctor told me to do this and it really worked! He didn't tell me it was a good foot cream!! Thanks for telling me! I'll use it next time!

  4. I have heard that this helps heal a cold fast (putting on feet). I can tell you that it helps with psoriasis. It is one of the only things that relieves the flaky patch of skin I have on my elbow. Thanks for following and now I'm following you back!

  6. I so need to do this. My feet are feeling the effects of a summer in flip flops. Thanks for stopping by yesterday and leaving me a sweet comment on my fabric rosette tree. You are always so sweet and encouraging. Have a great weekend!

  7. I've heard about this, I've heard it works even better for when you're sick than rubbing it on your chest. Not entirely sure about the science behind it, but I know when I don't feel good almost any port in a storm.
